Residents Car Wash

A car wash area is provided in the visitor car park. Please follow these guidelines to help keep the area clean and enjoyable for everyone:

• For the use of Centra residents only

• Hours of use: Only for use between 10am–5pm. It can be used for visitor parking outside these hours.

• Light washing only: The bay is for quick rinsing and light washing — not for removing heavy mud or dirt.

• Keep it clean: Please leave the wash bay tidy after use.

• Noise control: Vacuum cleaners and other noisy equipment are not permitted, as they disturb nearby residents and neighbours due to the noise echoing.

• Hose care: Roll up the hose neatly and return it to the holder after use. The nozzle should be placed inside the bin room for safekeeping.

Waste water: All runoff drains into an underground tank beneath Basement 2. Mud and debris will settle in this tank over time, leading to costly professional cleaning — so please do your part to minimise waste entering the drain.
