Visitor Carpark

Our visitor car park also includes the car spaces located at the bottom of the ramp, before the sliding gate.

  • The visitor car park is for genuine visitors, including tradespeople. It is not for resident parking, unless specific approval has been given by the Committee, and only in limited circumstances.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum in the visitor car park and wash bay. Sound is amplified in this area and impacts residents living above.
  • When parking on Middle Street, always keep clear of driveway entrances.
  • Please drive slowly in the basement car park. Visibility is limited, and residents regularly use the same accessways when walking to and from their vehicles.
  • Do not park in another person’s allocated car space without their permission.
  • There are a limited number of general-use power points in the basement. These are shared facilities and may be used by residents, but they are not intended for permanent or long-term connections.

IMPORTANT:

If you have a visitor staying for an extended period, please email the Committee with the vehicle registration number, a brief description of the vehicle, and the expected length of stay. This helps the Committee identify which unit the vehicle is associated with. Long term visitors should where possible, park in the lower visitor carpark.
