A quick intro to body coporate living

A body corporate is a legal entity that’s automatically created when a block of land is subdivided into multiple lots under a Community Titles Scheme (CMS).     Centra CMS

In simple terms, it’s the group name given for all the lot owners, who are tenants in common in a high-rise complex (like Centra).

All body corporates in Queensland are governed by the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (Qld).
