CCTV cameras operate in Centra’s high-traffic common areas and are motion-activated. They record video only (no audio). Footage is reviewed only when BC Committee are advised of an incident on common property or when a complaint is received. All recordings are stored locally at Centra and are not accessed by any external third party.

Keeping the building secure is in everyone’s best interests.

• If you grant access to delivery personnel, please continue to monitor them via your intercom to ensure they leave promptly.
• Please also make sure the sliding gate to the basement closes fully behind you.
• Report any suspicious behaviour to Police and/or a Body Corporate Committee member.
