Swimming Pool & Umbrella Information

The pool is 12 metres in length and is available all year round. During the warmer months, Swimart services the pool every two weeks, and over winter it is reduced to once a month. It is always ready to use.

Be helpful - If you are going for a swim and the water level has dropped, use the garden hose and top it up while you're there - don't forget to turn tap off before leaving!

Our Pool

Living in an apartment with a pool is a great perk, and it's even better when everyone can enjoy it safely and respectfully. Following these simple rules helps ensure a fun and relaxing experience for all residents.

POOL RULES

  • Glassware is not permitted in the pool area. Please only use plastic cups or cans.
  • Please don’t take food into the pool.
  • The pool is for residents and their guests only.
  • Children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision at all times.
  • Pool toys are welcome, but please be mindful of others. Large floats or boisterous games that might disturb other residents should be avoided.
  • To help us keep the pool running smoothly, remember to gather all pool toys before you leave. This simple step prevents them from getting caught in the skimmer and causing problems for the filter.
  • No running, diving, bombing or jumping from the waterfall wall

Pool Fence Safety
● For everyone's safety, especially children, please do not prop the pool gates open.
● Make sure the gate closes and latches securely behind you when you enter and exit the pool area.

Courtesy and Cleanliness

● Please be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum.
● Kindly dispose of all rubbish and leave the pool area clean and tidy.

● Return pool furniture to their correct position.
● Remember to take all of your belongings, including towels and pool toys, with you when you leave.

Enjoy your swim!
